Standing Separate Legs Head to Knee:

As the name suggests, touching the forehead to the knee in this posture is the primary objective, if the forehead is not touching the knee, bend the knee as much as needed to make sure the forehead is touching the knee

Before entering the posture, turn the hips five times until two hips are in one line from the side, two heels in one line and the backside foot is forty five degree angle, during the posture, continuously bring your body weight to the front side leg to stick the hip up to keep the two hips in one line
Special Note on Standing Separate Legs Head to Knee:
As touching the forehead to knee is our primary objective in this pose, try your best and do anything you can to keep the forehead touching the knee for as long as possible
Suck the stomach in completely before you enter the posture and keep sucking it in will help to prevent cramp in the abdomen during the posture

*With this posture we are introduced a new grip, palms together only crossing the thumbs, this grip will return again during the floor series
