Balancing Stick aims to pull the body in opposite directions like a human tug-of-war
Capital letter T like “Tom”, not a broken umbrella!
Make sure to lift the chin up and look forward towards the mirror to extend your stretch deep in the throat
Try your best to create a straight parallel line from the tip of the toes all the way to the fingertips
