Balancing Stick aims to pull the body in opposite directions like a human tug-of-war

Capital letter T like “Tom”, not a broken umbrella!

Make sure to lift the chin up and look forward towards the mirror to extend your stretch deep in the throat
Try your best to create a straight parallel line from the tip of the toes all the way to the fingertips

Special Note on Balancing Stick:

There is ALWAYS some more to stretch! Don’t ever stop stretching in balancing stick!! Keep stretching with all that you have until you hear “change”, you will be rewarded by the best feeling of satisfaction when you come out of the posture
